Grover Engineering, PC has provided quality consulting engineering services to commercial, residential and municipal/governmental clients since 2001. We are a small firm providing flexible services tailored to our customers' needs. We offer design, permitting, and construction inspection services for water, wastewater, stormwater, and site design. We also prepare SPCC plans, conduct existing conditions and topographic surveys, and conduct floodplain/floodway evaluations.
